**What do you like best about UltimaTour Operator?**

I really like that the free version replaces several plugins I was using for bookings, and it keeps everything compact in one place. And the QR tickets, pre-check-in, and follow-up automation? Wow.

**What do you dislike about UltimaTour Operator?**

Hmm. It’s still too early to tell. I’ve been using it for just over a month, and so far I haven’t noticed anything yet… we’ll see.

**What problems is UltimaTour Operator solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I no longer pay for Event Manager Pro, so this is already saving me money. Bokun is next out the door, which will save me even more. The fact that I can have all my guests’ paperwork completed before they even arrive, and then handle attendance electronically, is brilliant.
