What do you like best about uContact?

How intuitive it is, the autonomy it provides to the administrator user as well as the independence to carry out strategies, whether dialing or management. A very collaborative tool that allows for online tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about uContact?

It is a very comprehensive tool for the current needs of the Contact Center sector in Peru. At the moment, I don't find any aspect of the tool that I dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
