The dashboard gives a clear picture of the ticket status. Ubersmith has inbuilt asset management and server monitoring. We can add related components of the server, like IP address/Disk config, etc., and it also helps to manage the IP inventory, etc. It also helps to maintain client details and invoicing. **What do you dislike about Ubersmith?** Ubersmith doesn't support HTML content when a client or agent replies with an email with picture attachments. This should be reviewed and fixed to give the best user experience. It seems the latest version of Ubersmith might support rich-text. **What problems is Ubersmith solving and how is that benefiting you?** Client Management, Invoicing, Asset Management, Server monitoring, Ticketing management. Tracking internal requests, projects, etc. ### 3. Accurate billing and user friendly. Like the infrastructure management feature. Order management feature is good. From an organizational prospective it is quite useful. This software is can be used by small medium and large organizations. One can get good results irrespective of the size of the organization. This software is saving both time and repeating efforts and organizations now can put more effort on their core business. **What do you dislike about Ubersmith?** The pricing of Ubersmith can be more competitive. Features can be improved. Some of the details can be made easy for users. Cost effectiveness is one concern. Additional features should be added. Similar software are also in the market which can be cheaper. **Recommendations to others considering Ubersmith:** Pricing can be competitive. Some of the features can be improved for user usage. **What problems is Ubersmith solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps in saving cost and efforts by its usage-based billing and infrastructure management features. Managing orders has been easier. Ticketing solutions have been simplified. There are other features which are useful for organizations.
