The dashboard gives a clear picture of the ticket status. Ubersmit has inbuild asset management and monitoring of the server. We can add the related component of the Server, Like IP address/Disk config, etc. also helps to manage the IP inventory, etc. It also helps to maintain the client details and invoicing. **What do you dislike about Ubersmith?** Ubersimit doesn't support HTML content when a client or agent replies with an email with picture attachments. This should be reviewed and fixed to give the best user experience. Seems the latest version of the ubersmit might be supporting rich-text. **What problems is Ubersmith solving and how is that benefiting you?** Client Mangagement, Invoicing, Asset Management, Server monitoring, Ticketing management.
