## About Kiite
Kiite helps sales teams capture, organize, and share their documented and tribal knowledge. Sales leaders and sales reps use the web app to organize their information cards by creating cards, and remixing them into customized playbooks. Card content isn’t limited to institutional knowledge; cards can be user-generated, automatically generated from chat dialogue and questions, or crowdsourced from subject matter experts on-demand. Cards and playbooks can be templated and shared, and cards are automatically kept up to date as original resources change. As users follow each other’s playbooks and cards, and utilize company resources, Kiite automatically recommends content for individual usage and internal sharing.

**What do you like best about Kiite?**

Very easy to set up,intergrate,implement and start seeing value  on the market sale.
If additional information needs to be added to the playbook, or things need to be changed, it only takes a few clicks and drags to complete the task.

kiite search  tool is extremely snappy, making it possible to find competitor and product informaton in real-time

**What do you dislike about Kiite?**

Some time the app is slow this make time consuming. But other features are good

**What problems is Kiite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kiite is an Efficient tool to use. It make less mistakes when accesing the  information under Sales, this helps in providing materials in ways that are easy to access now and in feature. Kiite Provide us with better access of information prior to meetings.

**What do you like best about Kiite?**

Kiite is an easy-to-use tool that has a very friendly user interface that makes it ideal to use. Having a zero subscription fee, any organization can have it. Kiite has simple steps for implementation, in just a few steps the software is set for use.

**What do you dislike about Kiite?**

Kiite is slow, it is not optimized, proper optimization can make this tool superb. Kiite customer support is not very efficient, they took too long to respond to my querries.

**What problems is Kiite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our organization uses Kiite to record, organize, and share documents with other team members and our team leaders.

**What do you like best about Kiite?**

For the 1½ years , I have been using this tool to ensure that all my documents management processes runs smoothly, since it's AI tool , it's capabilities are exceptional, without forgetting the support team, they have been so collaborative and responsive,  I can't complain on their services. 

The tool it'sself is well designed and the dashboard layout is simpler to Navigate through.

Kiite servers it's users very well to satisfactory enhancing productivity and increased business performance through it machine learning features.

**What problems is Kiite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The overall processes moreso on documents sharing docs has been made much easier and straightforward saving extra added resources and tons of hours.

The experience using kiite has been so smooth,  creating documents content is much easy up to sharing. It's features are always auto-updating from the source making it accessible and highly dependable. I like the simple dashboard that is clear and easy to navigate

**What do you dislike about Kiite?**

It's user friendliness make it's easy to navigate it's modernized intuitive features, it gives high percentage on investment return making it outshine and alternative in the global market

We have efficiently save time due to enhanced capabilities with the kiite , making it easy to organise and manage documents.

With Kiite, we have drastically increased productivity and the software makes language processing easy
The Machien Learnng features makes Kiite  even better and has delivered to our expectations. The support is amazing too.

Everthing about Kiite  is flawless. No complaints.

It is a greta solution for enhancing and supporting sales enablement.

**What do you like best about Kiite?**

One reason I admire Kiite is the fact that it comes with powerful amchine learning features
This software makes enhancing productivity and collaboration easy and using it is straightforward too
It makes language processing easy and management is easy too
I have severally contacted the support team and they are very fast in responding

**What do you dislike about Kiite?**

Well, with Kiite, no really many issues. However, new users might need training

We have used it for effective management and sales enablement and it is amazing

**What do you like best about Kiite?**

I had a great experience not just with the product, but with the onboarding. The Kiite team is responsive, dependable and generally awesome.The creation of content is easy, it updates automatically if you update the source.

**What do you dislike about Kiite?**

I think they have some features they need to build out still. I'm not overly concerned about that though at this moment.

**What problems is Kiite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes, the playbooks and columns do kind of run together and it's easy to get confused as to which topic you're actually looking at

What I like most about Kiite  are machine learning features.
I like that it also comes with lanhguage processing features
With Kiite , we have been able to increase productivity.
It is easy to use and deployment was straightforward too.

Kiite caters, to businesses. The team behind it is remarkable. Kiites responsiveness and rapid development make it an invaluable tool.

**What do you dislike about Kiite?**

Its multitude of options and features making navigation and customization of playbooks somewhat challenging.

**What problems is Kiite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kiite AI powered platform queries, for lightning responses. This increase customer satisfaction levels while reducing resolution time and boosting productivity.

Its simplicity of use, being able to save and create your playbooks for any situation and share it with you team at ease. I find it one of the best SAS on the market and I've tried a few

**What do you dislike about Kiite?**

It's to monotone could use a splash of color here and there lol other than that runs really well for a smaller business SAS, they must have great people over there!

Making sure that my entire team is on the same page has the same information as everyone else while also ensuring their ability to modify said playbooks and comment tweak to their own personal style.

Very amazing app. If you want to increase your sale leads yous should definately use this app.I higly recommend this to my colleagues.

Some time app is hung. But other features are good.

The team at Kiite are great, really intelligent. 
As for the product: it's great for my needs setting up my own business. I really don't want to duplicate work like writing the same email, or repeat my research. Kiite is perfect for this.

**What do you dislike about Kiite?**

This is still a new product under development. I expect more features and value to be added over the coming months.

**Recommendations to others considering Kiite:**

There isn't too steep of a learning curve. Instead, think about how you want sales/customer comms to scale in your business, and use Kiite to suit that.

**What problems is Kiite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before I used Kiite, I would typically repeat my work writing emails and scripts.
This wasted loads of time. 
Now, I just refer back to Kiite every time, which will help me when I begin hiring too.

**What do you like best about Kiite?**

- Very easy to set up and start seeing value
- Easy to re-direct a ton of tribal knowledge to it to start documenting processes for scale
- Our sales team uses it to create playbooks for competitors/industries/personas and it's super easy to navigate
- Search is extremely snappy, making it possible to find things in real-time on a call (competitor info, product info etc...)

**What do you dislike about Kiite?**

The UI needs a bit of updating and user management has a little ways to go but both of these are secondary needs.

**Recommendations to others considering Kiite:**

Great lightweight software to get your playbooks started today instead of waiting.

**What problems is Kiite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- We're tracking our tribal knowledge and distributing it throughout our team more effectively
- You know when you release something and you want to tell all of sales how to use it? Yea, Kiite solves that problem for us.
- We can start getting a bit more consistency in our sales pitches/information etc... by leveraging the cards for newcomers and newly promoted reps

**What do you like best about Kiite?**

The navigation is great. I can browse or search to find that information I need while preparing for a meeting. 

If additional information needs to be added to the playbook, or things need to get re-formatted, it only takes a few clicks and drags to complete the job. 

This product is built by salespeople, for salespeople, with cutting-edge web technology. 

**What do you dislike about Kiite?**

Nothing in particular so far. The product is evolving fast, and the team is very responsive to feedback and feature requests. 

**Recommendations to others considering Kiite:**

Look at your current sales playbook and compare how people use it today vs. how they would use it with Kiite. If you're like most organizations who have a sales playbook, most reps don't use it on a daily basis, and many consider it "old training material." 

**What problems is Kiite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Provide salespeople with better access to information prior to meetings, and on the call.  We find that it's easy to browse and search for information, and even create custom playbooks for different teams or individual people. 

Most sales playbooks treat entry-level salespeople and 20+ year veterans the same. If this is the case, then one or both groups of people is not getting what they need to be successful. Kiite solves that problem by allowing different groups to share content, but doesn't require everyone to have everything in front of them at once, thereby reducing clutter and ensuring that only the most impactful content is served up to sales reps.

**What do you like best about Kiite?**

Working with sales reps has truly made me understand the saying "less is more". With so much information coming from everywhere, it was hard for me as sales enablement to break through the noise,  just as it was hard for the sales reps to know what info was important and where to find it. With Kiite, the snippet functionality made it easy and fast for the reps to get information they were looking for, without overwhelming them with text that previous tools were doing. 

**What do you dislike about Kiite?**

One area of Kiite that our team would love to see in the future is to dive a level deeper into a playbook, so that one would be able to go into a playbook, see all the different columns and click into one specific column. This would allow for those cards under this column to be completely isolated from the other topics, and would allow reps to be more focused in on their search. 

**What problems is Kiite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My role under Sales Enablement is to provide materials in way that is easy for them to access and refer to later. As of right now, the repository system we are using is very text heavy and the layout makes finding content so difficult that the reps often give up and ask each other directly. The way that Kiite displays information, and having the ability for playbooks and cards to live in multiple locations solves this problem and allows reps to find content fast and with ease. With this layout reps are able to benefit as they can find more accurate information in a centralized location to help them close deals.

**What do you like best about Kiite?**

The simplicity of finding the information I'm looking for as well as my reps. It gives them the ability to be creative and therefore be creative when talking to our prospects/clients. 

**What do you dislike about Kiite?**

Product is humming along and the team is moving super quick. Some features in the roadmap I'd like to see to make sure we're seeing the most value from it. 

**Recommendations to others considering Kiite:**

Take the demo. Not many companies actually put effort into making the demo experience enjoyable, but the Kiite team does a great job of making sure the product is right. 

**What problems is Kiite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Efficiency. We're making less mistakes, access to information is greater and easier for everyone on the team.
