**What do you like best about Tympi?**

Finally, a way to handle my Upwork clients like a professional agency.Moving clients off Upwork or managing long-term contracts can be nerve-wracking, but Tympi makes me look like a high-end agency. I love that I can send invoice links with my own branding instead of just a generic PDF.

**What do you dislike about Tympi?**

The only thing is that the free tier has limits on the number of clients and projects you can have. Once you start growing, you'll definitely need to move to a paid plan.

**What problems is Tympi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tympi solved my 'fragmented workflow' problem. Before, I was using one tool for time tracking, another for invoices, and a mess of emails for proposals. Now, everything is in one place. It saves me at least 2–3 hours a week in admin work, and it makes my business look much more established to my clients. I feel more confident charging higher rates because my delivery process looks so much more professional now.

**What do you like best about Tympi?**

How fast I can spin up a proposal. It’s dead simple to pull one together and send it over, and the final PDF looks really clean with my own logo and business info. I used to mess around with Word docs and manual exports, but this just makes the whole process look way more legit to my clients. It’s nice having everything unified in one spot instead of jumping between different apps just to get a contract signed.

**What do you dislike about Tympi?**

Right now, you can log time to a project, but I’d really love the ability to assign those logs to specific tasks within the project. It would make my reporting a lot more granular. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it’s definitely a feature on my wishlist so I can show clients exactly where the hours are going.

**What problems is Tympi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s mostly solving the headache of 'subscription fatigue.' I was tired of paying for three different tools just to handle basic agency stuff. Tympi keeps my overhead low and my workflow simple. It basically automates the boring admin side of freelancing so I can actually get back to the work I’m getting paid for.

What I like most about Tympi is how it makes complex data immediately usable. It cuts down the friction between questions and answers, and it does so without requiring deep technical skills.

**What do you dislike about Tympi?**

There’s a bit of a learning curve at the start, especially while getting familiar with all of its capabilities. However, once everything is set up, it becomes much easier to use and feels far more straightforward.

Tympi helps bridge the gap between raw data and real business decisions by making it easier to turn information into action. It supports faster analysis, delivers clearer insights, and improves alignment across teams so everyone is working from the same understanding.
