**What do you like best about Twiddla?**

Potential advantage that represents gathering people located in different geographical places so they can share ideas, knowledge, information, to solve problems and to plan research and business strategies using audiovisual techniques without the associated inconveniences of traveling, spending money and wasting time.
The use of this program saves me costs, savings in productivity and strategic gains, users are in constant communication saving the costs of having to travel, talk on the phone or maintain a collaboration.

**What do you dislike about Twiddla?**

Disadvantages
Difficulty to meet the individual needs of users
Due to its complexity, it requires a longer time
of preparation by the issuer.
Suggests teacher skills in terms of professional presentations: appearance, voice, gestures, quality of material pre
sit, etc. Difficulty to manage at a distance the little participative groups.

**Recommendations to others considering Twiddla:**

Real-time messaging system for communication between teams that includes all media in one place and also integrates a large number of tools.

**What problems is Twiddla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The integration with the teams of my company has been immediate, it is not necessary prior knowledge which makes the usability is very fast. It presents a highly detailed configuration that makes navigation and connectivity have no problem with a technical team that responds to my demands in a short time.
