The automated bulk invoicing feature is genuinely a lifesaver. I manage admin for a language school with 40+ teachers and around 300 students across multiple locations and before Tutorbase I was drowning in manual invoice generation every month. Now it's literally one click and everyone gets their invoice. It tracks overpayments automatically, handles different payment packages and even deals with our multi-currency situations without breaking a sweat. I've gotten back probably 15 hours a month that I used to lose to spreadsheet chaos. The UI is also super clean and intuitive, which makes training new staff actually pleasant instead of painful. Honestly not much to complain about, it does what we need it to do. If I'm being picky, it would be cool to have a few more customization options for the invoice templates to match our exact branding, but that's really minor.
