I manage admin for a language school with 40+ teachers and around 300 students across multiple locations and before Tutorbase I was drowning in manual invoice generation every month. Now it's literally one click and everyone gets their invoice. It tracks overpayments automatically, handles different payment packages and even deals with our multi-currency situations without breaking a sweat. I've gotten back probably 15 hours a month that I used to lose to spreadsheet chaos. The UI is also super clean and intuitive, which makes training new staff actually pleasant instead of painful. **What do you dislike about Tutorbase?** Honestly not much to complain about, it does what we need it to do. If I'm being picky, it would be cool to have a few more customization options for the invoice templates to match our exact branding, but that's really minor. Sometimes the mobile app can be a bit slow to load when you have a ton of students in the system, but it's not a dealbreaker by any means. **What problems is Tutorbase solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tutorbase completely eliminated our billing nightmare. We used to spend 2+ full days each month manually creating invoices, tracking partial payments and chasing down who paid for what package. Now it's automated and accurate. Most important it allows me to do all the tasks to manage my tutoring center, including room scheduling, teacher management student management and invoicing etc. **What do you dislike about Tutorbase?** So far I have no complaints. Maybe the calendar view could be slightly improved to display more content. **What problems is Tutorbase solving and how is that benefiting you?** Most important is all in 1 tool that allows a lot of customisation. Up to now there was no other software that could integrate physical room management with real classes to prevent overbookings.
