I reached out to support to attempt to figure out what is going on and find out how to correct it. In the short term, I have had to discontinue using BLAB until I can correct the problem. Support claims to respond within 24 hours and they have six hours left to do so. When everything works great, great, when it doesn't, that's when it's a problem. I've sometimes had to wait 4-5 days to hear back from someone to fix something that went wrong internally.
