**What do you like best about Try Umbrella?**

I like Try Umbrella because they're very responsive, fast, and they do all of the heavy lifting. It feels truly like a white glove service they provide. I also appreciate my account manager, Kai. She is very creative, always there, very responsive, and I enjoy working with her.

**What problems is Try Umbrella solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Try Umbrella solves the challenge of SMS outreach in a restricted industry with their creative solutions. Their team is very responsive and does all the heavy lifting, making the process easier for me.

**What do you like best about Try Umbrella?**

They've been super responsive and I can talk with the owners or operators with a simple call. They never forget to respond and put up with my crazy schedule as a business owner myself. They've made huge strides in helping us grow our company!

**What do you dislike about Try Umbrella?**

I can't think of anything other than the SMS interface is a bit clunky but that makes it easier honestly. It's not so complicated that you get lost in the system interface.

**What problems is Try Umbrella solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a very difficult time getting marketing for our nutraceutical business and they've been amazing to help us navigate the waters of the communication rules and regs.

The team behind the product is always innovating striving to make their offering better. Their support team is hands-on, listens to feedback and wil help get everything working. Able to stay in complicance in a regulated industry where others fail.

**What do you dislike about Try Umbrella?**

The platform is powerful, but the UI is a little hard to manage. Sometimes you need to talk with their team to figure out automations and tricks to get it working how you expect.
