It feels truly like a white glove service they provide. I also appreciate my account manager, Kai. She is very creative, always there, very responsive, and I enjoy working with her. **What do you dislike about Try Umbrella?** Nothing **What problems is Try Umbrella solving and how is that benefiting you?** Try Umbrella solves the challenge of SMS outreach in a restricted industry with their creative solutions. Their team is very responsive and does all the heavy lifting, making the process easier for me. ### 2.
