**What do you like best about Trust-Place?**

I really like how Trust-Place helps us create a relationship with clients after the sale by providing them with a card that includes a QR code or NFC chip. This gives customers access to care and repair services, events, and their purchase history, which is really efficient for maintaining ongoing customer engagement. I appreciate the expertise that Trust-Place brings, especially in supply chain, product, RFID, and production expertise. Additionally, I find the initial setup to be pretty easy since it's not a complex tool.

**What do you dislike about Trust-Place?**

Maybe create connectors with big SaaS such as Shopify, Salesforce etc..

**What problems is Trust-Place solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Trust-Place for post-sale support, providing clients with access to care and repair, events, and purchase history, which helps build client relationships.

UI/ UX, integrations and the way how the team leads the project. they are really close to project team and following everything for a fast and qualitative go live
