**What do you like best about TruHu?**

have used TruHu for approximately 6 months and the product is easy to use, from the employer side as well as the end user. To be able to have a message go out to all employees via email and text- and then provide them with a link where they can easily access information has been imperative for our field staff who are already frustrated with system fatigue. The pages allow for easy setup and communication, and adding links to Company systems (that do require log ins) keep information secure. The design element allows for easy on brand recognition, and keeps our marketing department happy. I (and my users) would highly recommend TruHu, and it works well enough to be a stand alone product but also has enough perks to be supplemental.

**What do you dislike about TruHu?**

I have not found a dislike at this point.

**What problems is TruHu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing field employees to have access to information quickly and easily.

What stands out is how it streamlines employee communication by connecting with staff directly on their phones, eliminating the need for them to download any apps or remember login details.

**What do you dislike about TruHu?**

The company offers low pay and suffers from disorganized management.

TruHu addresses the issue of ineffective communication within companies by offering a platform that enables more efficient internal messaging between organizations and their employees.

its easy and straight forward. the commication features ie messaging are okay but i have used better

messaging can be a bit temperamental sometimes
