**What do you like best about TrueRank?**

The specificity of the search filters and the sorting options made finding quality candidates that I was actually looking for impressively quick. Normally you run a search and have to pick out the few candidates who are actually good from the list. In this case, most of the candidates were what I was looking for, and I only had to pick out the few who did not match. Big difference from other platforms like LinkedIn recruiter.

**What do you dislike about TrueRank?**

I would love to be able to see more info on companies, in the same way that there is info on individual employees.

**What problems is TrueRank solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sorting candidates by their quality, unlike most platforms which return unsorted results, so that I don't need to sift through hundreds of results one by one.
