**What do you like best about Trooya?**

That it covers all your basic SM needs and is a very robust solution

**What do you dislike about Trooya?**

It doesn't let you go beyond you standard CXM on your social media channels

**What problems is Trooya solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It consolidates all the social media conversations into a single screen and helps us to engage with the customers, which helps maintain the brand reputation

**What do you like best about Trooya?**

- Improve Customer Satisfaction
- Protects and Enhance brand reputation
- It is cheaper than other competitive tools in the market
- Advance Analytics and Performance report
- Available in both web version and Android version

**What do you dislike about Trooya?**

I am unable to find any demerits about Trooya while using it. I feel its pricing is a little bit expensive for new businesses and startups. If they consider Startup with some signup discount then it would be best for all business owners.

Best for large Business

I am using Trooya to connect and engage with my potential customers which gives better result and improve my conversion rate.
