The system was very functional, our hosted instance had very high uptime and was reliable. Changes that were required were almost always possible, for the right price. The API and EDI connections allowed us to update customers on their loads in near real-time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Trinium-TMS? The system was outdated. The level of training required for new associates to be comfortable in the system was very high compared to other competing systems. Functions within the system did not feel efficient or natural. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Trinium-TMS: I would recommend you ensure that you have the ability to train your staff on a complex system. What problems is Trinium-TMS solving and how is that benefiting you? The system was meant as a connection between internal departments and external customers. The system was found to be flexible enough to meet our needs. We needed a system that allowed our drivers to update their load status on the go, this solved that need for us.
