Set up is effortless and after that, Traq just shows up on each call automatically. I never think about it, but I always know that I'll have awesome notes with really helpful analysis, action items, and a follow-up email after each call. And a lot of my calls are sales calls. The sales coaching has actually been very helpful. **What do you dislike about Traq.ai?** The only thing I sometimes wish is that I could zoom in on the screen to see what we were looking at on-screen during the call. **What problems is Traq.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** Note taking is the basic problem it solves. But the AI takes it to the next level. Rarely do I review my paper notes, but I find myself reviewing the Traq output all the time. ### 2. We record all of our meetings, both external and internal. Traq has been a lifesaver. The team at Traq is VERY responsive to any requests. Support is above and beyond, even when the user (me) is not doing something correctly. It integrates well with Zoom and Meets. We use it several times a day. **What do you dislike about Traq.ai?** I haven't found anything to dislike about Traq **What problems is Traq.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have meetings with groups of people. I have never tried a more practical and useful application of artificial intelligence than this. Huge capabilities, advanced features, predictive and analytic accuracy, easy implementation, affordable costs, and great integration. **What do you dislike about Traq.ai?** Limited cellphone experience and learning resources **What problems is Traq.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** In fact, this application improves all aspects of sales by exploring conversations and calls with customers and buyers, coverting them into texts, then analyzing them and providing reports, sometimes in the form of opportunities and sometimes in the form of risks. All what a normal person can extract out of a simple call with a buyer. Thus, it employs the capabilities of AI to the maximum extent possible. ### 5.
