The best thing TRAKnet had going for it was how user friendly it was and how easy it was to integrate to. It is easy for the providers to implement protocols and manage templates. The office financial reports are simple and straightforward. TRAKnet has many great features and integrations to improve workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Unfortunately , over the years TRAKnet seems to have been passed around management and customer service went downhill. At first I looked forward to calling in for support; all of the reps were very personable and became familiar and then all of a sudden support was outsourced and it was no longer a pleasant\helpful experience. Later it was purchased by ModMed and support pretty much came to a halt, the system started crashing and became very slow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
