It is easy for the providers to implement protocols and manage templates. The office financial reports are simple and straightforward. TRAKnet has many great features and integrations to improve workflow. **What do you dislike about Podiatry EHR (formerly TRAKNet)?** Unfortunately , over the years TRAKnet seems to have been passed around management and customer service went downhill. At first I looked forward to calling in for support; all of the reps were very personable and became familiar and then all of a sudden support was outsourced and it was no longer a pleasant\helpful experience. Later it was purchased by ModMed and support pretty much came to a halt, the system started crashing and became very slow. **What problems is Podiatry EHR (formerly TRAKNet) solving and how is that benefiting you?** TRAKnet was purchased by ModMed podiatry and we were told we should switch. ### 2. Migrated to a new updated program. **What do you dislike about Podiatry EHR (formerly TRAKNet)?** It updates pretty frequently. The new migrated program took a while and was a bit confusing, but once we got the hang of it, it was the same.
