What do you like best about TrainerCentral?

What I like best about TrainerCentral is its simplicity, all-in-one capability, and strong integration within the Zoho ecosystem. It allows us to manage live classes, course content, assessments, certifications, and learner engagement on a single platform—eliminating the need for multiple tools.

The interface is very intuitive and easy to use, both for trainers and students, which significantly reduces onboarding time. The pricing model is transparent and cost-effective, delivering excellent ROI compared to other platforms we evaluated.

While TrainerCentral has been a strong backbone for our training operations, there are a few areas where it can improve.

1. Customization limitations in advanced use cases

The platform works very well out-of-the-box, but when we try to implement highly customized workflows, there are some limitations.

"Amazing, Awesome and Fabulous!"

What do you like best about TrainerCentral?

Training Central, in my opinion, is by far the best offering from Zoho. As a fellow trainer, and co-owner of a training company, I really like its transition from a regular virtual training solution, to an independent platform that offers trainers to host, and run online/offline programs with such ease.

And with the introduction of zoom-like features, the improved experience is out-of-the-world. TrainerCentral was formerly Zoho Showtime which enabled us to host online webinars/classes.

After the revamp, TrainerCentral has the capability to build online self-learning programs like Udemy, host online live-streamed workshops, and create and run on-request programs from a single platform. It's a complete holistic solution in itself now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrainerCentral?

TrainerCentral is adding a lot of features, and I am fairly certain that this will join its bouquet. As of now, the one feature I miss here is the option to enable participants' videos/audio concurrently (like zoom). It is a drawback when you want to run interactive live sessions where you want a discussion to happen as part of the learning journey.

Also the lack of breakout rooms, that's another functionality I miss here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TrainerCentral solving and how is that benefiting you?

TrainerCentral is a Saas that has created a small training-oriented ecosystem in itself. You can create, curate, launch, and promote courses at the same place. In fafct, you can manage the participants through the panel.
