What can I do to open a file when receiving errors?

Sometimes when I open the Project, it shows multiple errors (mainly limiting the access to files) and I on my clients part there are not mistakes and no passwords required to open.

If I have any Technical help on any day with TRADOS then whom should we contact?

Sometimes, I feel helpless with TRADOS. I have to reach out colleague for help or search online. If we have a single page for all regular issue then it would be great.
