The most helpful thing about TrackStreet is how easy the program is to use and the amount of visual depictions they offer to show what is happening in the market for your products. The level of customer service is also outstanding when you find yourself in situations of not knowing how something works in the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about TrackStreet? I have yet to find any downsides. Certain functionalities do cost more in the program but rightfully so because it just takes more of the work off of yourself. TrackStreet for us is solving the problem of having to manually pull together so much data by just browsing the internet and looking at the market of online sellers. We were able to pull 900 violations across just 3 brands at the drop of a hat and the number of violations has been shaved down tremendously over a few weeks. My Client Success Manager, Jay is always willing to hop on phone calls the same day that I request assistance and responds to all of my emails promptly. We have been using TrackStreet for roughly 3 years, and their support team is second to none. MAP Enforcement can be difficult, and their team has helped to make the process as seamless as possible. Recently, we needed to make some urgent changes, and our service rep, Jay, was able to execute updates on over 150 items and multiple email templates in only a couple days.
