# Which recruitment marketing agency works best for high-volume hourly hiring vs. specialized technical and executive recruiting?

I'm comparing recruitment marketing agencies specifically across high-volume hourly hiring and specialized technical or executive recruiting, since those are pretty different problems even inside the same category. Same caveat as before, most listings in the recruitment marketing agencies category have very few reviews.

Jobtip Social Recruiting shows up with a reviewer specifically recommending it for positions you continuously need to hire for, which points toward the repeat, high-volume side rather than a single hard-to-fill role.

KAS Placement is built around sales and marketing executive staffing, with the one reviewer describing a personalized process that took time to understand their specific skills and career goals rather than a fast, high-volume placement.

Given how thin the review base is on this specific split, has anyone actually used one agency for both ends, continuous hourly roles and a specialized executive search, or did you need to bring in a completely different partner for the harder-to-fill roles?

I’d use different partners for these two hiring problems. High-volume recruiting depends on repeatable sourcing, reach, speed, and cost per applicant, while executive or specialized hiring depends much more on candidate quality and understanding a narrow role. I’d be hesitant to assume an agency strong at one can handle the other without specific reference customers proving it.
