**What do you like best about TrackStreet?**

The most helpful thing about TrackStreet is how easy the program is to use and the amount of visual depictions they offer to show what is happening in the market for your products. The level of customer service is also outstanding when you find yourself in situations of not knowing how something works in the program.

**What do you dislike about TrackStreet?**

I have yet to find any downsides. Certain functionalities do cost more in the program but rightfully so because it just takes more of the work off of yourself.

**What problems is TrackStreet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TrackStreet for us is solving the problem of having to manually pull together so much data by just browsing the internet and looking at the market of online sellers. We were able to pull 900 violations across just 3 brands at the drop of a hat and the number of violations has been shaved down tremendously over a few weeks. Our dealer base also very much appreciates the fact that we are policing in some way shape or form too so the business relationship is improved as well.

Trackstreet gives me data on demand that I used to spend hours compiling on spreadsheets.
Customer service is excellent - they answer quickly and solve any issues.

**What do you dislike about TrackStreet?**

I haven't found any downsides to using Trackstreet

Trackstreet data leads us to product diverters.

**What do you like best about TrackStreet?**

My Client Success Manager, Jay is always willing to hop on phone calls the same day that I request assistance and responds to all of my emails promptly. Even if the issues are outside of his department, I can always trust him to represent my issues to engineers and internal teams then communicate back to me.

**What do you dislike about TrackStreet?**

This is a newer industry and the accuracy of the service's tracking and information is not always great. I understand it is mass amounts of data changing quickly and that the internet is a large place but I do hope to see tracking accuracy improve.

**Recommendations to others considering TrackStreet:**

If you are set up with FBA and have this software you will be covered.

**What problems is TrackStreet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Understanding who Amazon.com is price matching is a huge problem that Trackstreet sheds light on with item profiles that include tracking.

The auto enforcement emails help keep 3P's off of our listings.

**What do you like best about TrackStreet?**

We have been using TrackStreet for roughly 3 years, and their support team is second to none.  MAP Enforcement can be difficult, and their team has helped to make the process as seamless as possible.  Recently, we needed to make some urgent changes, and our service rep, Jay, was able to execute updates on over 150 items and multiple email templates in only a couple days.  Great work and highly recommended!

**What do you dislike about TrackStreet?**

Previous platform versions had some reporting capacity limitations, but recent updates have resolved them and added more capabilities on top of that.

MAP enforcement and compliance tracking

The user-friendly dashboards help to navigate the website easily. The crawls also let me know that the data is most up-to-date.

**What do you like best about TrackStreet?**

We've been working with Trackstreet for close to 10 years and one of the orignial customers on the MAP Monitoring platform. Our partnership with Trackstreet has allowed our marketing team to focus on moving the business forward while staying on the cutting edge of MAP Monitoring and brand enforcement. Their team stays up to date on the latest trends, marketplaces and opportunities needed to fulfill our brand strategy.

**What do you dislike about TrackStreet?**

There is not a whole lot we dislike about the product and the team over at Trackstreet.

**What problems is TrackStreet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MAP is a very important aspect of brand management and having a tool to monitor and help maintain this program is paramount to long-term success for the company but also the dealers and partners who take the time to sell and promote our products.

Automated MAP and Policy enforcement.  Also, highly experienced team, especially Jay Yoakum!

**What do you dislike about TrackStreet?**

The only thing I would suggest is one master product reporting/dashboard for all brands.

We are solving with TrackStreet MAP violations. We see a reduction in MAP violations.

**What do you like best about TrackStreet?**

Track street provides real-time updates with easy navigation and quality information. They have amazing partners to work with and are willing to help execute any needs quickly and efficiently. We've seen immediate success with our brand after launching with Trackstreet.

**What do you dislike about TrackStreet?**

The ability to organize and update violations efficiently can be time-consuming. However, the overall dashboard and ability to view the violations are efficient.

No problems, we're seeing stronger price compliance with customers

**What do you like best about TrackStreet?**

What I like best about TrackStreet is their user-friendly portal.  It makes identifying and contacting violators easy.  Additionally, the pre-formatted violation notices made the onboarding process as well as maintenance easy.  Having a direct relationship with our Client Success Manager has made a world of difference.

**What do you dislike about TrackStreet?**

There are a few instances of false positives that come up from time to time and the crawlers sometimes miss finding some dealers.

**Recommendations to others considering TrackStreet:**

TrackStreet has given us the ability to focus our attention back to our customers, where it truly belongs.

**What problems is TrackStreet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to monitor and identify MAP violators and gain compliance typically within about 48 hours.  Without TrackStreet, we would have to try to monitor over 1000 dealers manually.  Price-based advertising is detrimental to our dealers' services and initiatives and degrades our brand.  We have been able to hold dealer margins and also elevate our brand value.

TrackSreet allows us the time to focus on revenue generation while having an effective and automated MAP enforcement to help protect our dealer base. 

**What do you dislike about TrackStreet?**

Limited customization and reporting, but they are working to improve that. Other than that no complaints!

**What problems is TrackStreet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Within 3 months of use it has cut down our MAP Violators in half, saving us countless hours of enforcement and hassle. As well as allowing us to focus on key issues with our MAP enforcement.

**What do you like best about TrackStreet?**

All of the reports!!!   The snapshots of the violations.  The way you can look up violations by product or retailer.

**What do you dislike about TrackStreet?**

No able to track bundles.  Many of our dealers bundle our product in multiples as well as with other lines.  It would be great to see any product of current SKU's in the reporting.

**Recommendations to others considering TrackStreet:**

TrackStreet is easy to work with and are always open to suggestions and willing to make their program work for you.

**What problems is TrackStreet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Identifying unauthorized sellers as soon as they list.. We  send cease and desist emails immediately and typically the listings are removed.  We hit them when they start and it has discouraged them from selling Kicker.

The support from my  manager. The UX is very intuitive.

Sometimes getting in touch with the violators is difficult.

Completely review all options and offering in trackstreet and competitively.
Trackstreet works for us but we aren't you.

MAP compliance, Brand protection and visibility across the web and perhaps more specifically, 3p platforms like Amazon.

Being able to receive immediate information about violations and the ability to identify the initial violator is excellent.

**What do you dislike about TrackStreet?**

Slight delays when it comes to adjusting things when special buys are available.

Protecting the retailers of all kinds have been a major issue for a long time.  Using TrackStreet has allowed the protection, particularly of those  small businesses.

**What do you like best about TrackStreet?**

Our favorite thing about TrackStreet is their staff. They are very friendly to work with, and they are responsive and helpful when issues arise. Also, the software is user-friendly, and you can find all of the information that you need in a matter of a few clicks. We also enjoy the dashboard feature as it gives a quick snapshot of where we are at in terms of MAP violations, which I can then quickly relay to my boss first thing in the morning.

**What do you dislike about TrackStreet?**

We have had no issues thus far with the software.

**Recommendations to others considering TrackStreet:**

I would strongly recommend using TrackStreet for MAP compliance. We had conference calls with a few other MAP software's, and TrackStreet met every need that we had, and we are very satisfied thus far with our experience.

**What problems is TrackStreet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using TrackStreet to monitor our MAP policy. Before TrackStreet we had a MAP policy that was very loosely enforced, and many customers took advantage of this. In a matter of weeks after we invested in TrackStreet, our marketplace is cleaned up and we have created an even playing field for all of our accounts.

Ease of set up and training. The staff is helpful when an issues arise. Fast turn around and getting accounts set up for tracking. 

**What do you dislike about TrackStreet?**

Nothing comes to mind at this point but if I think of something I will be in touch. 

**Recommendations to others considering TrackStreet:**

If you want to level the playing field by implementing a MAP policy for your business and customers. Tractstreet is the company that covers all the important needs a companyis looking for. 

**What problems is TrackStreet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MAP pricing and policing of our product line. Now that MAP is in place our retail world for our items is now a level playing field for all customers and out the doors sales have increase 10%-43%.

they are local, responsive, and generally speaking I am happy with the platform

**What do you dislike about TrackStreet?**

some issues with the artificial intelligence which I do not know that there is a workaround. 

**What problems is TrackStreet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

pulling incorrect colors sizes, etc. as a violation.  Again, intelligence has to change when we find these issues so not sure there is anything we can do to change this proactively.
