What do you like best about Townhall (previously Townscript)?

It is very easy for the user to get onboarded on the platform.

The platform have all the capabilities needed to plan and manage a hybrid event, and we were able to execute our event without any glitch.

The townhall team is very dedicated to their clients requirements and supportive as well.

What do you dislike about Townhall (previously Townscript)?

What do you like best about Townhall (previously Townscript)?

It's an amazing tool for conducting the hybrid events with minimal efforts in less time. The support for the Townhall is seamless in the entire journey. Event participants love the unique features like chat with the neighbourhood making them more involved in the event. Streaming quality was great across the devices. "Townhall is an extremely user friendly software for both live and virtual events"

What do you like best about Townhall (previously Townscript)?

Intuitive Interface: Almost everything is DIY. We have been able to setup our event and launch in 5 days. There was always somebody to help us out, which made the overall experience pleasant.

Branded Spaces for virtual events look unique and provides an immersive experience for attendees.

Handling Virtual and in-person speakers used to be a nightmare. With Townhall, we were not only managing it seamlessly, but also were able to create 2 unique experiences for both live and virtual audience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Townhall (previously Townscript)?

I haven't had any issues with Townhall, but they can up their game in bringing more integrations to the platform (out-of-box). Their technology team just rolled up their sleeves and supported us, when we asked for a new integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Townhall (previously Townscript) solving and how is that benefiting you?

I see townhall distinctively solving 3 major problems of the events industry: Democratizing experiences for live & virtual users, Event Networking and Live Casting. We have been able to leverage almost all of their features and have seen quality connections being made. Managing 3 live and 4 virtual speakers as a host has been super smooth.

"Event Hosting & Attendee Management - Like a breeze!"

What do you like best about Townhall (previously Townscript)?

Townhall's hybrid event capabilities helped us seamlessly host a cross geographic event, with super quick setup and customizations.

Their studio helped us host speakers/audience (both live & virtual) and stream live sessions across many social media platforms at once. Although I am not very technical, I liked how their support teams were able to understand our requirements and talk to our AV teams to make sure everything's ready for the big day.

Attendees who joined virtually were mesmerised by the neighbourhood audio chat feature in the platform. Engagement levels just shot through the roof when live audience started interacting with online folk sitting at home during networking sessions using their Attendee apps. What do you like best about Townhall (previously Townscript)?

Simplified way of creating an event and making it live is the best thing about TownScript. After the event is created one can update the event description multiple times and also make necessary changed to the overall content is a great idea. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Townhall (previously Townscript)?

The commission charge off course is too high, for a 500 Rs ticket the overall commission is 35 Rs (including PG charges). I think this can be made better. Also the options on payment reports can be made better, they are not very intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Townhall (previously Townscript):

It's a great platform to reach out to masses and if you want to sell your tickets without creating and maintaining your own Payment Gateway. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The reason I am using Townscript is to reach to wider masses and announce my event on a digital platform that can accept the payments for me which makes me free from the creation of my own Payment gateway.
