Simple user interface and ticketing flow. 2. Fast to load and process payment. 3. Ticketing partner to almost every Marathon so familiarity and trust. **What do you dislike about Townhall (previously Townscript)?** 1. There has to be an account feature for end users. I have bought 5 tickets from the site and yet Inhave to enter all my details every time. 2. If not an account then at least from the mobile number verification the site should show the previously booked tickets. I'm afraid someday I'll book two Marathons on the same date. 3. More information from organizers should be mandatory before going live with their tickets, like BIB collection dates and location (with Google maps link). **What problems is Townhall (previously Townscript) solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm just a guy who buys tickets, this question and the next one are meant for organizers. ### 2.
