**What do you like best about TourTools?**

We implemented TourTools a couple of months ago and we have been delighted with the software & the customer service TourToools has provided. TourTools offers extremely comprehensive and detailed solution for Tour Operators. It is also user-friendly. The folks at TourTools are very supportive. Arin and David have provided excellent support in importing our data up front and tweaking the system so that it suits our needs. Lynne did a phenomenal job with training. If you commit to learning this system, it will definitely increase operational efficiency and allow you to capture valuable data to help you grow your company. I would definitely recommend TourTools!

TourTools is a niche product. If you're a tour operator - this is a phenomenal solution.

**What do you like best about TourTools?**

Tour Tools is comprehensive and customizable, both for tour management and client communication. It offers the capability to properly tailor documentation and scripting to suit each unique trip we offer. As expectations of the consumer change, Tour Tools offers the ability to match those expectations and continue to strengthen our brand.

**What do you dislike about TourTools?**

The visual aspect of the software looks a little outdated, but it does not impact the functionality.

**Recommendations to others considering TourTools:**

Identify the needs for your business and the needs for your customers, and the find a Tour Tools process that works best to blend the two.

**What problems is TourTools solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to meet customer needs in terms of communication and documentation. We benefit from the ability to adapt our needs in a timely fashion without needing an overhaul.

**What do you like best about TourTools?**

accessibility and usability across the board for booking people, keeping track of guest information and flights, and keeping track of tours. 

**What do you dislike about TourTools?**

Not very user friendly or aesthetically pleasing. 

**Recommendations to others considering TourTools:**

This system can be customized easily but is not necessarily the most effective. There tends to be quite a few glitches and issues and it is not an easy software to navigate - there is a lot of potential but it takes awhile to get there. 

**What problems is TourTools solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We operate our entire business on this platform - it not only helps our sales team sell but also makes our Operations, flight team and finances mesh and flow on the same platform. Most everyone in our company uses Tour Tools in one way or another - this is not just a CRM, but a business management platform customized for travel and tourism companies.
