What do you like best about Tocaro?

I really appreciate Tocaro's customizable dashboard. It gives me a clear overview of all support tickets and allows me to prioritize tasks efficiently. It is super valuable because it lets me tailor the interface to my team's specific workflow. I also found the onboarding process straightforward and smooth. What do you dislike about Tocaro?

One area Tocaro could improve is its reporting features. Sometimes, I find the reports a bit limited in terms of customization and data. What do you like best about Tocaro?

I love! Tocaro was what my company and my work team needed to facilitate and speed up the work day. Its interface is super intuitive and friendly in addition to integrating perfectly to other software.
