I really appreciate Tocaro's customizable dashboard. It gives me a clear overview of all support tickets and allows me to prioritize tasks efficiently. It is super valuable because it lets me tailor the interface to my team's specific workflow. I also found the onboarding process straightforward and smooth. One area Tocaro could improve is its reporting features. Sometimes, I find the reports a bit limited in terms of customization and data.
