**What do you like best about TixTrack?**

Integrates well into Salesforce, makes managing ticket purchases easier.

**What do you dislike about TixTrack?**

Reliance on support to configure the integration. Not able to set up without their help otherwise.

**What problems is TixTrack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tixtrack provides an inviting ticketing interface and then syncs back to salesforce so we can run reports on the data.
