**What do you like best about Tixily?**

What do I like best? Tixily's ticket-selling feature is user-friendly and easy to set up. Creating different ticket types, setting ticket prices, and customizing ticket registration forms was effortless. The platform also provides helpful tools, like a nice looking dashboard to track ticket sales, attendee data, and revenue. We have sponsors at our events and they make it easy to place them on our event map as well, which is super handy.

**What do you dislike about Tixily?**

One thing I dislike about Tixily is the lack of phone support. Although the platform provides email support and a knowledge base, there were times when I needed immediate assistance, and email support was not enough.

**What problems is Tixily solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Tixily, I used to dread organizing our company's events because it was a complex and time-consuming process. The role sort of fell into my lap among my other duties. With Tixily, however, the interface is easy to use and straightforward, making it a breeze to set up events and manage attendee data. Plus, the platform provides helpful tools such as a dashboard to track ticket sales, attendee data, and revenue, making it easy to keep track of everything in one place.

**What do you like best about Tixily?**

I particularly enjoy Tixily's pricing compared to EventBrite, which we used a few times. They don't tack on extra fees for every person attending, which means I know exactly how much I am spending.

**What do you dislike about Tixily?**

I wish the service was a little more famous because people click the links and wonder what Tixily is. Also sometimes the demographics data is a little slow to load.

**What problems is Tixily solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We organize events for comics and aniem fans like comic book days and comic fairs and anime festivals. Tixily makes this really easy by letting me manage the ticketing, schedule, and everything for the event in one place.
