Building any mobile location audience, either real-time/precise or as a lookback is incredibly easy and efficient. The ability to have the audience automatically imported into my ad platform's account is essential. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside of using Factual is a decent amount of the time a business address does not show up initially and takes some revision to appear.
