They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review. **What do you like best about TinyMDM?** The support team are very helpful and willing to go above & beyond to help with any problems during and following setup. Also offered at what I would say is a very fair price point for educational institutions. **What do you dislike about TinyMDM?** The whole process of using TinyMDM is really easy, so I find it difficult to find a dislike as such - however, there is one fairly crucial (for us) function missing (the ability to deploy a system-wide proxy). However, other similar products suffer the same issue. Therefore this could be an OS flaw. Nonetheless, TinyMDM have agreed to raise this as a feature-request and we have a manual workaround for this issue so no huge problem. **What problems is TinyMDM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mass management of Android devices has previously been impossible to do so at a price point that is affordable within education.
