# Which product analytics platforms connect well with CRM and product development tools so behavioral data actually flows into the rest of the stack?

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Hi G2 community, I’m working through which product analytics platforms connect well with CRM and product development tools so that behavioral data actually flows into the rest of the stack. I’m less interested in connector counts and more interested in integrations teams actually use.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">In the <a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/product-analytics">product analytics software</a> category, the fit depends on where the data needs to go. <a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/amplitude-analytics/reviews"><strong>Amplitude Analytics</strong></a> is relevant for Slack, email, and CDP-connected alerts. <a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/userpilot/reviews"><strong>Userpilot</strong></a> and <a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/pendo-io-pendo/reviews"><strong>Pendo</strong></a> are useful when sales or CS teams need Salesforce, PQL, CRM, or account-level visibility.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">For engineering action, <a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/logrocket/reviews"><strong>LogRocket</strong></a> stands out because Jira and GitHub handoffs can include replay context. For broader data movement, <a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/mparticle-by-rokt/reviews"><strong>mParticle by Rokt</strong></a> is more about routing behavioral data across the stack.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">I’d love examples of integrations that changed how non-product teams used product data.</p>

The integration checkboxes all look identical on the pricing page. The difference is whether it&#39;s a real two-way sync or a nightly CSV with extra steps. Before picking, map which direction the data actually needs to move. Do you need behavior pushed into the CRM so sales sees it, or CRM traits pulled into analytics so you can segment? Those are different features, and vendors stay vague about which one they actually do well.
