Businesses use Timing to replace paper calendars and phone calls with a modern digital system. Customers receive automatic WhatsApp reminders before appointments (reducing no-shows by over 60%), and can book 24/7 through a shareable self-booking page — without calling. Key features include a drag-and-drop calendar, multi-staff scheduling, customer database, revenue reports, Google Calendar sync. The platform is fully available in Hebrew and English. Unlike international scheduling tools, Timing was built for the Israeli market: Hebrew-first interface, shekel-based flat-rate pricing with no per-booking commissions, and deep WhatsApp integration as the primary communication channel.

**What do you like best about Timing (טיימינג)?**

I like that Timing (טיימינג) is practical and intuitive, yet still robust with plenty of modularity. This helps me to fit the app to my precise business needs. I love how I can choose the slot's duration per service, schedule rest times, set pricing per service, and simply block a day in the app when I'm closed without needing to notify clients. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Timing (טיימינג)?**

I find Timing (טיימינג) a bit of a 'young' app, and it still has some small bugs. Fortunately, the developer is very available and fixes everything within a short time. It's actually a nice feeling helping a promising app in a sort of 'post-beta' phase, makes me feel like part of something bigger and for the greater good.

**What problems is Timing (טיימינג) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Timing (טיימינג) saves me from managing ledgers, acting as a second receptionist, and doing hours of verifications, rescheduling, and payments. It's practical, intuitive, and modular, letting me adjust service slots, schedule rest times, set pricing, and block off closed days effortlessly.
