I really enjoy the fact that Timesheets are downloadable. It makes keeping track of my work easy and good for reporting back to superiors. For example, it is nice to see the overall time I worked but I wish it was an actual clock so that I could see the exact time I started working and the exact time I stopped. It allows my boss to track exactly when I log in for work and when I clock out and gives a super accurate telling of it. It's also helping to track paid time off and time off requests. It is very easy to add a new label or company and start adding hours for billing. The best thing is that it allows you to download the data in several formats although I mainly use PDF and excel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Timesheets.com? The design needs a lot of improvement, it is very basic and boring. It also doesn't allow you to align the paragraphs when you are writing descriptions about the hours. Exporting to pdf a file comes out very messy, I don't like the design. The cost of Timesheets is reasonable. The ability to keep track of both employee time and allocate time to specific jobs and projects is beneficial. We have not used other platforms. The initial support we received when setting up the software was great, But we have grown and need additional help. Now customer service doesn't seem that willing to work with us. Clocking in n out, is incredibly easy. The capability to do that is on the main login page so there are not additional hoops to jump through just to get in n out. There isn't anything to dislike as the product exceeds my expectations and provides me everything I need to accurately clock in and out, and provide myself with work-time insights. I used this to record my time as an employee. Accessing the site and tool is very easy and user friendly and my understanding is after payroll approves the time-card that it was sent to Paychex. Timesheets.com is ideal for both small business and large alike with its easy of and automated process. My dislike would be that for a larger business that the cost would be more opposed to building an in-house product. Maybe adding a confirmation email once timesheet is submitted. I like how straightforward this system is. Time sheets and inputting time for any job can be difficult when the systems are quite confusing.
