It is very easy to add a new label or company and start adding hours for billing. The best thing is that it allows you to download the data in several formats although I mainly use PDF and excel. **What do you dislike about Timesheets.com?** The design needs a lot of improvement, it is very basic and boring. It also doesn't allow you to align the paragraphs when you are writing descriptions about the hours. Exporting to pdf a file comes out very messy, I don't like the design. I have had many problems downloading all the data to excel because many times the information is incomplete. **Recommendations to others considering Timesheets.com:** It is good to keep a record in an orderly and fast way. It is a quick to understand program and no training is needed. I recommend it for small companies that need this type of service. For large companies it falls short. **What problems is Timesheets.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** Timesheets was a solution to keep track of the hours worked for different clients of the firm, allows us to have an order and a detailed description of each hour worked, so we can create a good report to charge. ### 2. I have not found anything wrong with this program yet , everything seems to be working great!The one thing I seem to not like is printing up the schedule with all my notes attached. My team found out we should have been charging to a new code three months after the fact and spent a confused week trying to find out how we were supposed to correct that information. We never did find out why this happened. Additionally, it's irritating when a day is shaded to indicate it's a holiday, but we're still forced to explain why we're charging for holiday pay. Finally, it consistently took several days for accrued PTO hours to show after receiving our paychecks, often up to a week after. For the user, it leaves a lot to be desired and I found inconsistent recording issues depending on how the users were entering and tracking time. **What do you dislike about Timesheets.com?** Overall the application feels as if it's a bit clunky to use. Almost as if it was developed it started as a way to simply track time and then as features were needed they were just bolted on. It doesn't feel like real thought and planning went into making this an easy-to-use, thoughtful piece of software. **Recommendations to others considering Timesheets.com:** Don't make the mistake of signing up and running with it — evaluate and make sure it is going to do what you need first. We offer several ways to enter and edit time in order to minimize mistakes. In addition, the product is inexpensive and easy to use, easy to implement, and easy to maintain. I like that reports can be downloaded in a number of ways which makes it easier to format for various reporting uses. There are also user guides which makes it easy to train staff. **What do you dislike about Timesheets.com?** There are a fair amount of limitations. For instance, the product is not at all customizable. Users must upload JPEGs, rather than PDFs which is a little troublesome as most e-receipts are PDF files. There is also no General Ledger integration. **Recommendations to others considering Timesheets.com:** Really think through what you will be using the product for. It's very cost-effective but there are limitations. **What problems is Timesheets.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to implementing this program, we had a very rudimentary way of tracking time off and keeping timecards.
