Timerfly Reviews & Product Details

Timerfly shows you who's working, and on what, without chasing anyone. Install the small Timerfly app on your team's Windows or Mac computers. Timerfly records arrival and leaving time, hours at work, and which apps and websites were used, and sorts that time into productive, neutral and unproductive using rules you control. Managers see the whole team live on one page: who's working, idle, on a break or absent, who came in late and who left early. Attendance needs no register: late, left early and absent are marked against each person's own schedule, with grace minutes you choose. Shifts are planned week by week, including night shifts that run past midnight, which count as one working day. Leave, holidays and offline work go on a calendar with manager approval. Timerfly respects your team: everyone sees their own day, screenshots are optional and can be blurred, and there's private time for personal use. Alerts by email, Slack or Telegram; daily and weekly report emails; Excel export; a monthly payroll attendance Excel; projects with task timers; and read-only report links for clients. On Business, a public API and webhooks connect Timerfly to Zapier, Make, n8n or your own systems. Plans start at $2.49 per person a month (billed yearly). Try every feature free for 14 days, no card needed.
