**What do you like best about TimeIPS?**

Very efficient when creating reports. Most reports can be done in minutes.

**What do you dislike about TimeIPS?**

One thing TimeIPS could improved on is entering new and old employees.

**What problems is TimeIPS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At the moment I have not seen any new improvements.

**What do you like best about TimeIPS?**

I like that everything I need from requesting time and keeping track of benefits to pay cycles are easily accessible from a centralized menu and navigation is easy and intuitive. 

**What do you dislike about TimeIPS?**

I don't like is the display for hours in the pay cycle which is a little cumbersome, however this is of minor consequence. I also wish this software could be easily set up to display overlaps and conflicts within employee groups to manage vacation/sick time and travel calendars. this would eliminate the need for additional programs to manage these functions.

**Recommendations to others considering TimeIPS:**

This a very helpful tool which answers many questions employees may have without needing to contact managers, supervisors or human resources, with a few simple clicks

**What problems is TimeIPS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TimeIPS solves many issues makes it simple to request time and keep track of benefits and pay cycles so there are few if any questions that require management. this software makes it simple to access and monitor employment details from anywhere.

I like that there are many different types of reports you can generate and also that it’s easy to nav

**What do you dislike about TimeIPS?**

I dislike that you can’t shut off meal breaks for some hourly associates that don’t take a lunch

I like this system

**What problems is TimeIPS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s early to track time and also accrued time off
