## About Ticpoi
Ticpoi is a cloud-based ticket management and reservation software for passenger transportation companies. Allows selling bus tickets online and by agents. Allows scheduled bus companies to create schedules, routes and manage ticket sale and bus onboarding process from end to end.

**What do you like best about Ticpoi?**

I like the simplicity of using both the Rider Express websit and Rider Express app powered by TicPoi because they just made everything better and faster.

**What do you dislike about Ticpoi?**

They could have add animation to their app but I guess they will in the future

**What problems is Ticpoi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From the app you can directly purcase ticket from company app and manage it easily.

**What do you like best about Ticpoi?**

What I like the best about Ticpoi is that while we can do our everyday booking tasks, it also allows us to do some specific tasks much easier. One includes that we can contact multiple customers at a certain trip with a single button. This way we can send updates/cancellations to all passengers easily.

**What do you dislike about Ticpoi?**

Since I've used other booking systems, it took some time for me to adjust to Ticpoi. But a very short time after using Ticpoi, I was adapted very quickly since it's very user-friendly.

**What problems is Ticpoi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used Ticpoi for all customer and booking-related tasks. I realized it made my job easier. We are able to send vouchers (credits), arrange manifests, reach customers and many more...

It is very much user oriented and tailored exactly to what you really need from the program

**What do you dislike about Ticpoi?**

I cant say i dislike anything about it. However, it is very easy to use and easy to adapt from a different system.

**What problems is Ticpoi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As said before, our previous program did not really meet our  many needs, for instance, we wanted to have easier access to emails of our customers to send out notifications, links for our passengers to track our buses.
