Tickelia allows to eliminate the original receipt on paper as it has the authorisation of the Tax Agency. Tickelia automatically reads all the information on the purchase receipt so that don't need to enter any data.

**What do you like best about Tickelia?**

What I like the most about this app is that it help us to save time and allow us to control our company expenses. One of the tools I like is the fact that you can take a picture of your ticket with the app, and it sends it to the department in charge to validate it

**What do you dislike about Tickelia?**

This app is good however it seems it still has some bugs to fix because it gets frozen very often or get some errors, and I have to close the app and sometimes restart my phone.

**Recommendations to others considering Tickelia:**

The app developers should work more on it to avoid bugs

**What problems is Tickelia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Make us to be more productive because it avoid wasting time, wasting papers, but  I think the problem it helps the most is that we can help to avoid fraud. We can have control for bills and more
