**What do you like best about ThunderBridge?**

Our team has been able to customize our reports and transfer and share our data when needed. Has helped the Commissions team to better analyze our data.

implementation was not easy at the start

Helps sales reps to meet their goals.
Accessible dashboards.
Pretty easy navigation.

**What do you dislike about ThunderBridge?**

I have yet to find anything I dislike. It's especially nice that they offered free demos prior to purchase.

Have nothing to add

Gives insight into performance data, helps my workplace work on our flaws and give acknowledgements to our sucesses.
