I like the way our team gets the data we need without a data expert. ThoughtSpot’s search function makes it easy to just type in a question and get answers right away. No complex queries and no waiting. It saves us so much time.

Things don't actually work properly. Any formula you try to build won't work (it's not even recognized by the tool even when you use the right syntax). We had to create all metrics in dbt to be able to calculate them properly in Thoughtspot. Natural language doesn't work well. Our users found it very non-intuitive.
