# Which ethics and compliance learning platforms are most trusted by training managers, based on user reviews?

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">A question for G2 researchers and LMS reviewers who live in user review data: which<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/ethics-and-compliance-learning"> </a><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/ethics-and-compliance-learning">ethics and compliance learning</a> platforms do training managers rate highest and keep recommending? </p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">By the G2 reviews I found and evaluated, four tools keep rising to the top:</p><ul>

<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/absorb-software-absorb-lms/reviews"><strong>Absorb LMS</strong></a>: The most trusted E&amp;C software at scale. It has the highest G2 Satisfaction score in the category and the deepest review base among the top-rated (4.6 from 880+ reviews). Seems like a strong score that a number of reviews have actually stress-tested. I wonder what training managers say about it. </li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/easyllama/reviews"><strong>EasyLlama</strong></a>: It also has a near-perfect G2 satisfaction score and 4.8 rating across 390+ reviews, with ~97% saying they’d recommend it. Trust runs high, but how does it actually support training instructors?</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/mitratech-mineral/reviews"><strong>Mitratech Mineral</strong></a>: It appears to be SMB favorite and has 4.8 rating, standout quality-of-support scores, and the clear leader on the small-business grid. From the numbers, it’s the one lean teams keep vouching for. </li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/continu/reviews"><strong>Continu</strong></a>: It also has high marks at real volume on G2: 4.6 rating across 710+ reviews. This is also a trustable tool backed by a large review base here.</li>
</ul><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Adoption and review-trust aren't the same. And that’s the read I’d like from software researchers and reviewers here. &lt;p&gt;I’d look beyond the headline rating and ask what training managers consistently praise after the platform has been running for a year. Trust usually shows up in four places: reliable automation, accurate reporting, responsive support, and whether the system stays manageable as the program grows.&lt;/p&gt;
