I love how developer friendly it is. Small things like being able to copy in markdown the api documentation, the playground, etc are really neat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It seems to be less flexible than Quicksight from where we're migrating, the capability to map a control to different filters in different answers for example is one we've had to work around because it's not possible on TS Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The tool is very helpful, and the UI is user-friendly. Integrations help us take appropriate actions, and performance is strong. ROI is solid, and onboarding was smooth. The AI feature enhances deep dives and enables us to uncover richer, deeper insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing as of now. From my experience everything is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It’s the best option we’ve found in the industry for meeting our needs, even though it still doesn’t fully deliver exactly what we’re looking for. The onboarding and setup process wasn’t very helpful, but now that we have it up and running, everything is fairly smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We had to build some things ourselves, such as a reasonable pdf/print version of reports. They require all these meetings that could be async emails and weren't valuable on our side. It is sadly still too complicated of a tool to open full access to our own customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a fraud analyst, what I like most about ThoughtSpot is how quickly it lets me explore large datasets, spot unusual patterns, and turn what I find into actionable insights in real time. I can do all of this without needing deep technical skills, which helps me respond to suspicious activity faster and more effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For a fraud analyst, the main downside of ThoughtSpot is that, although it’s great for getting quick insights, it can still require fairly complex data preparation. It may also become costly at scale, and it isn’t the best fit for very advanced predictive fraud modeling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the way it simplifies the data and shows. The filters are very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The loading time could be faster. Apart from that everything is fine in ThoughtSpot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think if implemented well, ThoughtSpot brings about a simplicity in producing reports that previous "self-service" oriented tools weren't able to provide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

That you can't create a report through native SQL or similar language. Much of the functionality is dependent on a good understanding of dimensional modeling of the data without the possibility of doing ad-hoc reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the ease of use and the Spotter feature in ThoughtSpot. Spotter helps me use NLP to get an answer to my questions, which is really helpful. The ease of use also comes from how easy it is to configure new graphs. Additionally, the initial setup of ThoughtSpot was quite easy, thanks to the help from Amit and Philipp. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
