**What do you like best about ThinkEasy?**

It was extremely helpful to be able to find customers of SaaS tools by sorting through Thinkeasy's list. We normally send projects to a recruiter and it takes days to find users of those software tools. It has sped up us accessing buyers of our competitor's software.

**What do you dislike about ThinkEasy?**

The filters are somewhat limiting on their Thinkusers product. For example, I wanted to find customers of specific software tools but only speak with C-levels and VP's but they didn't allow me to exclude lower levels.

**What problems is ThinkEasy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They give us more information upfront so we can save time and money getting participants for b2b research projects.
