**What do you like best about Thinger.io?**

Considering that Thinger.io communicates that it is a cloud IoT platform providing all the necessary tools to prototype and manage connected products in a seemingly very simple way, and that its goal is to democratize the use of IoT, making it accessible to everyone and streamlining the development of large IoT projects.
I would highlight 2 very positive and advantageous points of the solution:
- Ease of use (intuitive and easy-to-use interface - allowing users to connect and manage devices in a codeless or 0 code format.
- High level of interaction with third-party applications - facilitating connection and interactivity with them - through IFTTT...

Compatibility: The platform is compatible with a wide range of devices, including ESP8266, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and many more.
Data storage and visualization: It allows storing and visualizing data received from sensors, as well as exporting it for analysis.
Interaction with applications: Thinger.io allows interaction with applications like IFTTT, which facilitates the creation of connections with various online services.

**What do you dislike about Thinger.io?**

Its level of compatibility with other devices is not sufficient, especially because it does not cover all versions of ESP (Expressive), causing devices available on the market to not be supported. It is a case that happened to us in our organization; when we were working with Thinger iO, we realized that we could not manage our entire offering easily and quickly, it required modifications in our IoT devices.

**What problems is Thinger.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thinger.io facilitates the management of a multitude of devices (not all) over the Internet, allowing the storage and visualization of information received from sensors, sending information or instructions to devices, and interacting with applications like IFTTT3. It is an aggregator/facilitator for managing IoT devices among different manufacturers. My question is what will happen to the platform when MATTER becomes a market standard - at least in the residential segment.

**What do you like best about Thinger.io?**

I work for a hardware company which uses Cloud platform. We use Thinger.io for connecting our hardware to cloud. The app is very easy to use and control our devices without hassle. We could connect our devices and integrate them with REST APIs.

**What do you dislike about Thinger.io?**

There is nothing I could dislike about this app.
