**What do you like best about TheraNow?**

TheraNow Software is based on cloud, SaaS, web and has a mobile application compatible iOS and Android, this tool has a very friendly interface, additionally the system offers a free demo to verify the steps to follow for the configuration of the account. It is highly customizable and this tool offers the possibility of optimizing the practice of physiotherapy, allowing self-manage their schedules and availability, flexibility, scheduling appointments online through a very effective and friendly self-service portal, or that facilitates the use by patients, manage payments quickly by credit cards. On the other hand, it has two service plans, Basic and Premium Plus, both at affordable prices, in addition to a free version. 


**What do you dislike about TheraNow?**

With its web version, I have presented some drawbacks because on several occasions the system has slowed down, however, the mobile application is very fast. On the other hand regarding the performance of the patient management feature is very efficient.

**Recommendations to others considering TheraNow:**

It is a non-traditional patient care tool, offers many really effective features and allows you to encourage communication with your patients, so you can monitor or track more effectively which also provides greater satisfaction to patients, I highly recommend it, good price and easy to use.



**What problems is TheraNow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a very complete and robust program, since all its features are aimed at optimizing and improving the provision of medical service of the specialty of physiotherapy, I was a professional in this area has taken many benefits from this tool, has made it easier for me to provide my patients with efficient, affordable and high-quality medical care in the comfort of their home, maintaining standards of quality and safety, in addition to the confidentiality of medical records. Another outstanding aspect is its educational library where patients can view videos, images, content on the exercises or pathologies they present, which contributes to providing better service and generates that the exercises are done correctly, so the patient improves quickly.
