I like the simplicity of the system, the reliability of the results, and the PAYG (pay as you go) credit system which makes it easy to control our budget. **What do you dislike about Loqate?** Honestly, there is not much to dislike. Loqate is the gold standard when it comes to address verification, and maybe they are a but pricey for that reason. Other than that, it's great. **What problems is Loqate solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Loqate to auto-complete addresses from a postcode and house number on a number of our websites. This allows us to gain certainty with regards to the reliability of the address that the customer is typing in the box, because we deal with quite expensive items that we ship out. We have seen an increase in the quality of data we are getting at checkout and an overall faster flow through the checkout flow as well. We believe this has had a positive increase in conversion rate as well as customer satisfaction. In addition we have tied this in with Braintree and now get better hit rates on exact match for billing zip codes which we use for fraud controls.
