**What do you like best about The Lobby Boy?**

What I like best about the lobby boy software is the room feature that connects to revenue and calendar, where you can track rooms for occupancy, how much they make and who is in each room.

**What do you dislike about The Lobby Boy?**

The one thing I highly dislike is that the lobby boy lets you track how much money, occupancy, etc., but there is no tracking of the guest experience or the possibility to link to google reviews to review that.

**What problems is The Lobby Boy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem that The Lobby Boy is solving is the organization of the metrics I need to review, like revenue, occupancy, etc... So I don't have to create endless spreadsheets and track these items manually. It makes it easier to follow the number of people coming in and out of our houses.

I haven't discovered any drawbacks at this point because it is better overall.

Users can access this program at any time and from any location because it is cloud-based.
