It is always crystal clear making work that much easier. It makes me much more accurate and able to produce higher quality transcripts. **What do you dislike about The FTW Transcriber?** Occasionally on longer files, it can be choppy. The formating can take a little getting used to. When playing back videos, the playback seems to start and stop instead of running at a smooth pace. **Recommendations to others considering The FTW Transcriber:** I love FTW Transcriber. It also has a neat auto timestamp feature that takes a little getting used to, but it saves so much time once you do. **What problems is The FTW Transcriber solving and how is that benefiting you?** FTW Transcriber has made work easier, faster, and more accurate. The automatic time stamping mode makes transcribing go faster, and the audio quality is fabulous for the price. ### 3. I find it really useful to be able to just click on the smaller screenshot it displays and instantly refer to the document to help my understand words or phrases that I can't quite discern. A subtle but useful addition for a transcriptionist I feel! **What do you dislike about The FTW Transcriber?** Sometimes there is a slight, slight delay when I press play but this is really just a tiny criticism and I really like the product overall. **What problems is The FTW Transcriber solving and how is that benefiting you?** Transcriptions are done quickly. ### 4.
