Good transcription software
I like the recent update which allows PowerPoint slides to be shown in the software's interface at the moment they are placed on a respondent's screen during a recorded audio. I find it really useful to be able to just click on the smaller screenshot it displays and instantly refer to the document to help my understand words or phrases that I can't quite discern. A subtle but useful addition for a transcriptionist I feel!
