**What do you like best about The Bot Platform?**

I've used The Bot Platform in MS Teams. It's easy to use and very powerful. The support is superb. They treat you as if you're their most important client (I'm sure we're not ;-)

**What do you dislike about The Bot Platform?**

Virtually everything I wish was in The Bot Platform is restricted by Microsoft.

**What problems is The Bot Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Learning and development - deigning non-linear training
Onboarding new starters
